Local listings
Where we work, and the venues we work with
HMRA works with independent pubs, restaurants, boutique hotels, inns and event venues across the UK, Ireland, North America and Australasia. Below are 31 live engagements grouped by area, described by venue type and scope of work. Find the area closest to you to see the kind of venue we already support and the work we do there.
How to read this page. Clients are listed by area and venue type only — they asked not to be named, and we respect that. We also publish no performance figures here: a result you cannot attribute to a named venue is not evidence. Where a client has given written permission for their numbers to be published, they appear on our results page instead.

Questions about this list
Anonymous, but real
- Why are the venues not named on this page?
- Our clients agreed to be listed by area and venue type, not by name. Most independents would rather their competitors did not know who runs their marketing, so we publish the area, the venue type and the scope of work, and keep the business name private.
- Are these real clients?
- Yes. Every entry corresponds to real work HMRA delivers. What we deliberately do not publish is a performance figure against an anonymous venue, because a number nobody can attribute or verify is not proof. Named case studies with figures are published only with written client permission.
- Do you work in my town if it is not listed?
- Almost certainly. The page is grouped by region rather than town because the work is the same whether you are in a city centre or a market town: local listings, search visibility, direct bookings and pricing. Ask for a free audit and we will tell you what the search landscape looks like where you are.
- Can I speak to an existing client before signing up?
- In some regions, yes. We ask the client first and only make an introduction if they are happy to take the call. We never hand out a client's details without asking.
